What a great topic. For me this was longer than 15 years ago but back in my vocational school days the female lecturer had slightly yellow eyeshadow on and I remember thinking that her eyes looked like they were shining, it was so pretty. After that, my old coworker always wore read lipstick, that type of color really works if you have a light skin with a blueish undertone.
