Masaki Suda explained on the program ‘Gyoretsu no Dekiru Horitsu Sodanjo’ that three older women spotted and approached Suda on his day off, they yelled “It’s Suda~!” while hugging him and touching his face.

During that time he felt ‘If an older man hugged a young kid, it would definitely be considered sexual harassment and yet is it ok if it’s a woman?’ Suda asked, “Is it a crime for them to suddenly come up and hug and touch you?”

Lawyer, Haruo Kitamura answered, “It is basically a criminal act”. It’s not a problem if the person gave consent but when the other person knows they’re making them uncomfortable it becomes assault, he commented.
