Several Arrested And Truck Overturned In Shibuya Halloween

From the night of the 27th to the early morning of the 28th, large numbers of people dressed in costumes for Halloween crowded downtown Shibuya, causing trouble one after the other. A truck was damaged from being crowded and overturned.
